DGL-4100 Virtual Server Setup Port Time Out

My ISP is Comcast. My cable modem is a Motorola SB5101. I'm having a problem setting up Virtual Server on my DGL-4100. I setup my dns at dyndns.com. On the router I set up TCP virtual servers for ports 80/80 and 15000/15000. At Dyndns.com I used the Open Port Tool to test the port connections. On both virtual servers the test comes back as "timed out" (failed). Comcast says it does not block either port. I've turned off all of the router's firewall parameters and still both ports time out. If the cause of the block is in the router, please give me a procedure to remedy.
