Is there a way to reboot WBR2310[revB] without a web browser?

I have pretty much resigned myself to the oddities of my WBR-2310 RevB, like having to reboot every now and again after running torrents [presumably because its buffers get flooded]. 

Is there a  way to reboot the 2310 *without* a web browser [i.e. some way that would work with a local script]?
