DIR-655 provides how much more distance vs DIR-615

i live in London and have Virgin broadband (up to 50mb).  Router is on ground floor and i have weak to no coverage on parts of 2nd floor.  how much better, in terms of distance and strength of coverage, will the D-Link DIR-655 provide as compared the existing D-Link DIR-615.
