Download tasks not listed
« on: March 26, 2011, 02:47:39 PM »

After setting up a recurring, local, incremental backup and then saving, the "Download Tasks" area below the "Scheduling Settings" remains empty.  If I go to STATUS, the upcoming backup is listed there and it does function.  The problem I have with this is that there is no way to delete or edit and individual tasks without restoring the unit to default settings and starting over again.  Using F/W 1.08, upgraded to 1.09, then went back to 1.08, all with the same results.  Any suggestions?

In the Schedule Download Application > Scheduling function and Download Tasks area I have an Edit and Delete option shown at the right.  In 1.09 I was able create, edit and delete a task.  Are there messages when you select the Edit box?  When I select the Delete option is selected the system tells me that I am about to delete the entry and asks for confirmation.  Sorry, but I can not duplicate the problem.

That is the problem, in the Schedule Download Application > Scheduling function and Download Tasks area, there is nothing listed (that section of the window is blank).  I know the download tasks should be listed there and on the right there should be edit and delete icons.....but I do not have the tasks listed (and thus no edit/delete icons).  But the backup still functions on a daily basis (as I originally set up).

Not that this helps, but it works for me.  This time I created the same type of job you are executing with both an Account login and an Anonymous login and the saved task appears under Download Tasks.  My desktop machine runs OS X and I am connecting to the 323 system with Safari.  I would think my environment would be more ****e to problems.  Again, I wish I could be more help.
