Can someone provide some details about using certificates with the DIR-330?

I have a stand-alone W2K3 CA server on my home LAN that is ready to start issuing certificates.  I have already successfully imported my Root CA's certificate into my DIR-330.  It is the Local and Remote certs that I have questions about.

On the CA's web page (http://<CA-Server>/certsrv) I know enough to select 'Advanced Certificate Request'.  What information do I have to fill in and which type of certificate am I supposed to request for both the local and remote users?  Is it Server Authentication, Client Authentication, IPSec or some other type of cert?

Must the Private Keys be exportable?

Are there any other options that must be set up here or is there an easier way to request a certificate from my CA that will work with the DIR-330?

Thanks in advance.
