Cannot access DNS-323
« on: February 18, 2011, 08:18:42 PM »

I can no longer access my DNS-323.

It shows up as a disconnected network drive on My Computer.
When I try to access it via  My Network Places, I get a request for a Username and password. Same thing if I attempt to map drive via Easy Search.

I've been able to access the configuration. I've deleted all users and passwords. I've disabled DDNS. I've rebooted.

What am I missing here ? Any help is greatly appreciated !

Problem is resolved. I restored factory settings and was able to re-access the NAS.
