files disappear after running particular files on NAS

hi, im having this annoying problem when im trying to run some .avi files on the NAS
some files are running without any problems but others just make the NAS going crazy (like i said,all files on the NAS just disappear).

the problem solved after manual reset
so, there is any "comfortable" way to solve this problem?

BTW, my firmware version is 1.05
