Hi fellow, I received a call from one of our customer and he verified that he can view photos, videos and play music files however he cannot view the Album Art during the playback of songs using the DSM-750. We already followed the instructions from our support site wherein we tagged the files using the Media Monkey software and we able to tagged it as ID3 and view the Album Art using the said software. However, when we accessed the music files which we tagged with ID3 using the DSM-750, it played the songs but still no Album Art to be viewed. Firmware was already updated and we even reconfigure the DSM-750. We even used the WMP11 and the same thing, no Album Art to be viewed. Hope to hear from you soon! Thanks and God Bless.

Try downloading mp3tag from the Internet it will allow you to add album art and album infromation to the ID3 tags of your files to display on the DSM-750.
