Web based utility error in 1.65 ver.

Access Error: Site or Page Not Found
when trying to obtain /web/login.asp?id=7961455
Cannot open URL

I receive that error in web page utility and no acces to DNS's and BT's configuration as well any time until hardware switch off/ on. It happens after an idle time configured in Tools System option.
Any solution?

Does it trigger this behavior when leaving the BT screen open in the configuration?

I am not sure why it happened, but this is what I did to get rid of it

Turn off all modems and routers

Shut down the DNS323 and then unplugged it

Repowered the routers and modem
then reconnected the DNS 323 to power and turned it on

then I got my web utility back
