« on: March 24, 2011, 10:16:22 AM »

sup everybody....wondering if anyone using dir655 model for access point alone? I want to take the routing part out of this device since it is not needed at this point. Are there any gotcha's?

 8) I figured it out so yes you can just use it as an access point even though it can do all the other functions...however the dhcp part is not configurable to only give a pool of address to wireless sessions...unless someone else out there knows...

Another option is to use the undocumented bridge mode. Works for me!
