connect dir-628 to DSS-5+ switch
« on: February 07, 2011, 03:36:19 PM »

I want to extend a network with a DIR-628 router with a DSS-5+ switch. Can I just use a patch cable between a lan port on the router and a port on the switch? Do I need to change anything in the router configuration screen?

Thanks.

No just connect the LAN cable up and then connect your devices to the switch. You'll be good to go.
