300 MBPS Connection drops to 150 mbps Help

300 M bps drops to 150 M bps when it recycle power any idea why it happening. I met all requirements for
300 M bps connection  this happen only in 2.4 g Hz Band width

Make sure the channel width is set to auto 20/40 MHz in the wireless settings.
