Firmware 1.10b5 Causes fan (low/high) to no longer work
« on: March 10, 2011, 06:02:23 PM »

Hello

I have two DNS 323's.  Ones is revision B1 and the other is revision C1.

On both units I have installed firmware 1.10b5.  I noticed afterwards that on the b1 the fan was no longer spinning on low when it had in the past.  Instead it wasnt spinning at all.  The c1 on the other hand was still working on low and high.

When the b1 gets hotter it seems to spin on the low speed where it would normally spin on the high speed had it been working correctly.  (not 100% percent sure)

I have tried restoring to factory settings, installing the fw, restoring to factory settings again and every combination i can think of.  I have not loaded a saved config file and have made all changes manually.

Any thoughts?

My fan hasn't been on since I flashed 1.10 although the temp never rises above 42.
