DIR-655 Rev 4A firmware update
« on: September 12, 2015, 10:48:16 AM »

I have the DIR-655 router, Rev 4A, FW: version 1.21
Can I update  to version 1.37?
When I check for updates from the Dlink utility it says I have the latest version.
When I check the website, it shows version 1.37 is available for Rev A.
Does version 1.37 apply to all Rev 4's?

Link>Welcome!

Yes it does.
FYI, if it works don't fix it.

Please use this to do any FW updates for D-Link routers:

Thank you very much for the quick reply.
Yes, my current version works fine so I guess I will leave it as it is.

I have that version loaded on my Rev A, Solid and good. If you need faster working wireless at some point in the routers life and 300Mb isn't fast enough you can always turn off the radio on connect up a dual band wireless AP when and if needed and still use the 655 as the main host router.

Enjoy.
