Orange Globe Symbol
« on: March 25, 2011, 05:06:43 PM »

hey guys

I have this problem with my d-link. The globe on my d-link is orange and its making my internet go off and on and its very irritating cause i have to shut down the whole computer to get it working again. I have tried resetting it twice, restoring the computer, disconnecting all the cables and reconnecting but nothing has worked. Its weird because my wireless on my ipod works when it doesn't on my laptop. I am so confused and would like some advice on how to fix this problem.

What ISP service do you have?
What ISP modem do you have? Make and model
What FW is currently loaded on the router?
How are you connecting to the router? Wired or wireless?
What Wireless modes are currently set?
What Operating systems are you using on your devices?
What devices are you connecting to the router?

Try a factory reset?
