DCS6620G Locking Up

I have 2 of these cameras. Got them set up w/ no issues. However, over time (at night) they seem to lock up - I suspect the web server stops responding. The only way to get them back on line is a power cycle.
This happens on both of the cameras. I also have 2 panasonic ip cameras and 2 trendnet cameras and they have no issues.

These 6620 cameras are on the latest firmware.

Thoughts?

Wired or wireless connection? What are they connecting to? Are you using any software to monitor them or only accessing via Web GUI? More information you provide the better we can assist you :).
