SMTP problem

i have a NATed public IP and my income mails are forwaded from public IP to my exchange on a LAN. this works fine on my linux machine. i have purchased a DFL1600 but i am able to send mail from my exchange but not able to get mail on dfl1600. please help me on how to fix this issue.

Hi, I would like to help, but can't understand what you want.

You can send mail but can't receive mail ?

The only question is : do you allow pop3 service ?

I have got an exchange server (192.168.1.202) on LAN behind DFL 1600 firewall. my problem is i don’t seem to figure out how to get mail (outbound) sent but i am able to recieve mail (inbound).

how can i get this to work

to get out email you have to create respective rule on ip rule set

if the mail server has a private ip the rule has to be a nat rule for the smtp service
