New DNS-323-cannot access device
« on: April 24, 2011, 09:57:23 AM »

Just got this unit. Set up with new password, configured 2 WD Green 1 TB in Raid 1. Now cannot access the device. Will sometimes get to the webpage, but once put in the username and password, I get booted out.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

You should be able to map directly to your array: \\ipaddress\Volume_1

Regarding access to the firmware, is the firmware rejecting your username/password combination?  If you think you might have forgotten your login credentials you can reset the unit to the factory default firmware.  This should not impact your RAID array.
