Sorry, noob question - why can't I find the drive using Total Recovery Pro

OK so I got the 320 installed, and when I go to "My Computer", it's there as a "Network Location" as Z:, and I can browse to it and access it with no problem.  I can access the 320 through the web GUI with no problem.

However, when I use the included backup software (Total Recovery Pro), I cannot for the life of me find the drive to save the backup to .. the drive letter isn't there, and in the "Network Places" there is nothing there.

What am I doing wrong?
