Acess permission override

Hi there.
I'm using a NFS share to backup my documents in my Debian.
But using rsync (from debian to NAS), it copied the file proprieties including permissions.
So, i can't create new files or delete existing files of that folders when accessing trough windows share (samba) or web explorer.
Any idea how can i override the permission? What the best solution?
