Just posting in case someone down the road has a similar situation. 

With Network Lock enabled:  DY-WL10 could see network but would never connect even though Add New Device says it disables the lock.

Answer:  Turn off the lock.  Something (I'm not technical enough to know what) is still locked even though the Network Magic software says the lock is disabled.

With lock off, hit the add device and dongle/TV connects flawlessly.  Streams great.

If this post needs to be moved, please do so.  I searched but did not find another spot.  Thans.
