captcha issue

i'm trying to log into my router, but the captcha image isn't showing up. any ideas?? thanks :)

You don't need the captcha to sign in and it's preferred to disable this feature.

What Browser are you using? Try clearing the cache. Try a different browser, Opera or FF.
