Missed Call information

Our incoming phone call ring to our sales group with 8 sales persons. One person pick up the phone, the other 7 persons' phone show Missed Call. Actually, this is not consider a missed call under this situation, whether any place that I could config to exclude those call as Miss Calls.

Yes you can configure the phone not to display any missed calls by logging into each individual phone on the group and disable Missed Call Display feature. To log into the phone, identify the IP address and type it on the address bar i.e http://172.16.20.20:9999. Click on PHONE at the top and PHONE SETTINGS on the left. Set the Missed Call Display to Disable and click on Submit to save the changes.
