... but still accessible from the network.According to the status, everything is still working well.No preview available, no image in motion detection and doing an ftp test returns an error of no image available.Only been operating a few weeks -- very disappointing!Time to contact support, I suppose.
Can you see an image using the web interface (under live video)?
You can go into the web interface and save the DCS-932L configuration file to your local PC; reset the camera to the factory defaults (using a paperclip in the pinhole on the rear of the DCS-932L); and walk through the wizard CD. From there you can upload your configuration file.
Had a similar problem on my BF pc. No video would show on Mydlink. We had to make an exception rule from the AntiVirus (MSE) for java.exe. Also check your firewall. Hope it helps.
