OK, the kid is streaming a movie and 'N' looses connection, so I changed the router from 'N' and 'G'  to 'G' only.
The kid spends most of his day(fortunately for me) at school and he says 'N' works there "So it is not MY COMPUTER".
We will see what happens with 'G' still 'N' should work.
