Browser interface unavailable since running BitTorrent
« on: August 27, 2011, 11:34:39 PM »

I'm using Firmware 1.08 and recently installed BitTorrent.

I was able to add four torrents via the web interface, to a total of about 58Gb of data, but when I tried to add a fifth torrent, the web interface to the DNS became unresponsive.

Since then, three of the four torrents have completed, but on (about 25Gb) remains incomplete - about a month later and I am still unable to access any part of the DNS-323 web interface.

It is still working perfectly as a network directory, able to browse, read, write and delete files from all network PCs.

I've tried accessing the web interface via a few different network PCs, via Chrome and IE (latest versions).

I am aware there are some bugs related to the BT implementation, can anyone advise how I go about restoring my access to the DNS web interface?

Restart the unit using the front power button. This will allow you to access the console again.....at least for a little while.

Thanks, this worked fine.

I think deleting all the torrent folders (torrents, complete, incomplete) also helped.
