DGS-3627 Password Reset

I didn't see a forum for this model so I tried to pick the next best one. I have a DGS-3627 Xstack Layer 3 switch. The problem is the former admin left without leaving the "keys" so now I can not login or even reset it. I tried to do a Shift+6 at boot to enter "Reset Configuration Mode" but it never entered the mode, just took me to the login screen. Is there a way to reset the device to factory defaults or at the least reset the administrator account?

you better off using edugeek.net to report this problems... nobody ever replies in here  ::)

I have purchased Dlink DGS 3627 and DGS 3627G. Now i am facing problem with the configuration of these switches as mentioned  in the points given below :-

(a) Unable to configure VLAN on these switches. I am having a network in which i have already configured VLAN.
(b) Integrate Dlink DGS3627 and DGS3627G in my existing network, which is already on Nortel 5510.
 
I request if an online help manual can be provided for these switches so as to integrate the Dlink DGS3627 and DGS3627G with the existing network.
