DIR-412 constant connect and disconnect

Not sure if this is the right forum for this, but I didn't see a DIR-412 forum.  Anyways, hopefully someone can help.

I have a DIR-412 and a Novatel U720 Bell Turbo Stick.  I'm in Canada.  The stick works fine plugged directly into the computer, however upon placing it into the router, the seems to connect, stay connected for roughly 20 seconds, and then disconnect again.

Any ideas or anything to try????
