I'm assuming when you said only one can connect to the router; What you mean to say is only one can connect to the internet?

Double check and make sure your modem is connected to the "Internet" port in the back of the router for one. It might be in the in-correct one which will sometimes only allow one computer online. When you are able to connect to the internet; what is your I.P. address? It should be similar to 192.18.0.x. Now, when you are not able to connect to the internet, what is your I.P. address?
