I'm frustrated and haven't been able to find out why this happening.
I have created users and attached to shares. All users and shares have been set up the same, however, some users are unable to see their shared folders when logging into the share center via http access. If they are on our local network, they can see and access their files by mapping a drive on a pc, or logging into the device on their mac. HTTP access, for some reason, isn't populating the directory listing when clicking on Web File Server.
Any insight would be helpful.
