Hi to all!
I am a new owner of the DNS 320! I like it!  ;D

But I have this problem:
I reboot the DNS320 and the router. I can access to my router from the lan and from de internet (with DynDns). For a lot hour all work fine until the led on my router switch from green (100mb) to yellow (10mb). In this case the connection is very slow and I can not connect to my dns from Dyndns

Sorry for my bad English!  ::)
Help me!
Thanks!

My first suspect would be the cable, try swapping cable or use different LAN port on router.

Thanks Albert for the reply!!!
The cable is the built-in cable of the DNS320, I have try to swap the LAN port on router: same situation.

This screenshot show the home page of the DNS320 open from inside the lan:

The login information (user & pwd) are stored, but when i press the login button, I lose the connection.
It's very strange...
I have also updated the firmware on my router, but nothing.

Thanks

Something strange here, our DNS320 doesn't have a built in cable.  They do have a LAN port to plug a network cable into.  This is the cable you should replace with another.

One other thing, have you tried using a straightened paper clip to do a reset - small hole beside the LAN port?

Try going into the web interface of your router and switch and make sure the wired connection speed is set at 1000 or automatic. What brand router do you have?

Refer to subject title.

Netgear DG834G support only 10/100 network.

lol. . . where are my eyes.
Same approach though. He should make sure all devices in the data pipe are set to send/receive at 100 or Automatic. Something is causing the network to throttle to 10.
