DNS-323 Web interface problem

I am accessing the DNS-323 over a intranet using the web interface. When I add a user or add them to a group, I get an error on my web page such as http://{ip address of DNS-323}/goform/ChgGroup, canno t display the webpage. After this error, I cannot immediately access the DNS-323 and must wait a number of seconds to re-login. It appears that the action has been performed but doesn't seem to work properly. Can anyone help me solve this problem. PS. The users I add do not seem to work on my DNS-323.
