Announcement: SSH & Telnet packages

Hi,

I created some APKG-like packages that provide SSH and Telnet server functionalities for the DNS-323. APKG-like because they're not real APKGs but mere tarballs that need to be installed manually. But they can be configured through the DNS web GUI just like any other official package.
