big problem after firmware update

hi, sorry by advance for my poor english. I upgraded my firmware from 2.00 to 2.02 and now i have lots of bugs. i can t do local backup anymore etc ... i want to come back to firmware 2.00 but i have an error and i can t downgrade ... plz how can i have come back to 2.00 firmware which is the only stable for my nas plz?

it s awful, nothing work, i can t use torrent anymore, local backup fail ... my lmocal website with sql, lighttpd down ... it s awful plz find a solution to downgrade to 2.00 or i m going to become extremely angry thx.

hi plz answer me, my 320 is now completely useless, p2p torrent doesn t work i can t add any, my website is now 503 error because dynamic dns is working when it wants ... local backup down ... this damned official firmware made my dlink 320 useless ... and i can t downgrade it !! plz can u help telling me if i can recover my firmware, if not i m going to call support and ask for a new nas using warranty .. it s a shame.

Unfortunately, once installed, official firmware v1.02 cannot be downgraded to an earlier version. You may want to try flashing the DNS-320 to the factory defaults and reinstalling firmware v1.02.

so d-link deliver an official firmware with full bugs and nothing can be done? it a joke? ok thanx i m going to call support and one association of consomnateurs to lodge a complaint.

Did you try a hard reset to the factory defaults by pressing and holding the "Reset" button on the rear of the unit for > 5 seconds?  Did you try reinstalling firmware version 2.02?

i tried all that, i called the support that gave me url to get precedent official firmware for WW but nothing work ... i reinstall 2.02 firmware gave to me by the support but nothing work , local backup down, P2p work now, my website using lighttpd + sql = down , 500 server error ... etc ... tomorrow i call back support and if nothing is possible i m going to ask for a new nas, it s a shame to build such bad stuff... 180 € for that is a shame ...
