Can the 343 do this?

Say I have 4 500gb HD installed.  Is it possible to configure two HDs to be JBOD and the other two to be RAID1?

I own a dlink 321 and when I share the same folder between two different users, the 321 creates another share folder with the "-1" in the name.  Does the 343 have the same problem?
