I was referring to a network-wide firewall, not an app on your PC.  I was just checking to see if there was something that could be blocking incoming/outgoing messaging from your camera.

Doubt it. BitDefender protects the PC on which the application is installed. The DCS-932L is a self-contained device operating independently on your network.

Why don't you try testing emails using another provider (e.g. gmail, aol...) to rule out your provider as the culprit.

@JavaLawyer: I did as you suggested; I tried another email provider and it worked.
THANKS!!!!
I received too many email images though when I know there was NO movement there.
Is a 90% motion detection level TOO sensitive?

Yes. . . Start at 5% and work your way up. The camera is very sensitive to motion.
