Should i buy DNS-320 or DNS-323 whats the big difference

From a storage capacity perspective, the DNS-320 supports 3TB HDDs, while the DNS-323 is capped at 2 TB HDDs.

Not to mention, DNS-320 has faster processor (800Mhz) and bigger memory (128MB) size.

I went to the store to purchase this but the 2 bay was eating at my gut as i really wanted a 4 bay or 2 bay plus usb ports to add usb drives which this cannot. I noticed a Mediafire USB enclosure 4 bay up to 12tb for same price so i grabbed it. Of course i get home to find my home server is dead.. R.I.P it was years old and had only been powered off during a hydro outage or when i moved, so it lasted the test of time. So now i'll be returning the 4bay HDD enclosure as i have no server to connect it too.
What i was going to do was use the server to do backups, and i could RDP into it to download my torrents etc. Now i've lost that as i cannot afford a new server. So I was going back today to exchange for the DNS-320 but noticed another thread about issues with the Torrents. Now i use to own the DNS-323 and i tried to use the Torrent client on there but there was no scheduler (like uTorrent) and it was clumsy etc. Is the torrent client on DNS-320 the same? I mean the same as in ****? I'm debatging between this and the NetGear RND2000 2 bay nas as it old 2TB only but has 3 USB ports and can be used for USB hardd rives storage ttoally up to 6tb and its only $60 more. any thoughts here? i need NAS and Torrent functionality
