Hi,

I tried to find as much info in the forum but i'm now stuck.
I have purchased the DNS320 unit to hopefully make it work with my WDTV Live as currently i had my computer conencted to it and was sick of having to have the comp on all the time.
I run the set up and i can access the 320 via my computer just fine, i can use my androi dphone and connect to it thru the ip and see all files but thru my WDTV Live i plain cannot see any files. I can see the folders if i choose to browse the Linux networked shares, but i can onlu see the folders for each volume plus the usn HDD i have also attached to the 320. THe weird thing is that i cannot see the files in either of the volumes, i get the "there are no media files" message, but i can see the files on the HDD attached via the USB and play the files as well!!.
If i select Network shares>windows, the only things i can see are the media in my computer, and not the 320 shared files..

I currently run WIN 7 64 edition, a NETCOMM router/Modem and now the DNS-320 with 2 HDD, 1 2Gb and the other 1 Gb.
Any help is appreciated.

do not know much about the WDTV but since the files can be accessed from a PC, it seems the WDTV might be the issue. Have you look at their site? A quick search found this:

Hi,
I am not sure I have the answer, but I suggest enabling the Ajaxplorer on your 320 and then restart your WD TV Live.  See if somehow your network shares show up.  Please post back with your results.  Thank you and good luck.

PS.  If your 320 drives are hybernating, you may have to try a couple times before the share will show up.
