just switch to another brand or an old router. These guys aren't fixing anything. Now they blame Sony...what next...?

Got my PS Vita now and this issue still hasn't been solved, is there a work around that anyone knows about?

What Hardware version is your router? Look at sticker under router.
What Firmware version is currently loaded? Found on routers web page under status.

What ISP Service do you have? Cable or DSL?
Cable

What ISP Modem do you have? Stand Alone or built in router?
Ubee modem with built in wifi router. I called the company and they remotly disabled the router portion.

What ISP Modem make and model do you have?
Ubee DDW3611

Ensure DNS IP addresses are being filled in under Setup/Internet/Manual?
where is setup?

Turn off QoS options.
where do I find this?

Turn off Advanced DNS Services if you have this option.
off by default

Turn on DNS Relay under Setup/Networking.
on by default

Setup DHCP reserved IP addresses for all devices on the router.
Done

Ensure devices are set to auto obtain an IP address.

Set Firewall settings to Endpoint Independent for TCP and UDP.
Done

What wireless modes are you using?
2.4GHz Mixed g/n

Try single mode G or mixed G and N?
tried both and I have the same result.

What security mode are you using? WEP, WPA or WPA2? Preferred is WPA2.

What wireless devices do you have connected?
2 ipads, 2 androids, and a laptop, ps vita

Any cordless house phones?
No

Any other WiFi routers in the area?
I can see 4 other routers on the list.

Turn off all anti virus and firewall programs on PC while testing.

Turn off all devices accept for one wired PC while testing.

I only needed the first 2 lines LOL.

I would call up DLink and ask, this seems to be an issue between Sony and Dlink and if they didn't resolve it before v1.23 came out, then probably won't be any fix. This issue lies with Sony.

Let us know if you find out anything. I pass this along to my contact as well.
