DNS-345 does not build media database

Hello
I have a problem with my DNS-345.
It is no longer possible for me to build up my media database. If I click on the "Build media database" icon under "My music" under All titles, Do you want to build your media database Yes / No. If I click Yes, the question box disappears, but nothing happens. An update is also not possible under "Under Management" "Application Management" "Multimedia Service". Although the update bar appears. But not updated.
Only after restarting the DNS-345 does the database load. You only update it once and only when I go to All
If I select a single one, it is not updated.

E.g:
Volume_1/MediaServer/Music
Volume_1/MediaServer/Photo
Volume_1/MediaServer/Video

Who knows advice?
