Hello,
I want to configure an FTP access to upload snapshot with the periodic snapshot feature.
I configured my FTP access in the page Setup > Event setup > Server.
After saving, I tried the "Test" button. On my server, I've a filed created in the specified folder called "test.txt" and containing "The Result of Server Test of Your IP Camera.". On the DLink, I've got a message "Test Error."
It seems the FTP configuration is correct (otherwise, it couldn't have created the file "test.txt") but still something is wrong because of the error message and the fact that there is no snapshot uploaded.
Any idea ?
