I followed the a/m procedure with firmware 1.02, using Volume_2 as share folder, selecting "Recycle" on last window of the wizard, it creates a new share (named "Recycle Bin - Volume 2") that I can see under Windows but not on GUI management page. I've deleted one file on Volume_2, and this file now is under "Recycle_bin - Volume 2". I also used app "BitKinex" to access NAS via WEBDAV, under folder "/webdav/Volume_2/recycle" I see some folders (the same subfolders included in Volume_2), inside a subfolder I see the deleted file.
I also followed the procedure inside DNS-325 manual 1.10 (page 109) using "D-Link Storage Utility" and I mapped the recycle bin folder "Recycle Bin - Volume 2" on drive Z, and now drive Z is linked with a/m recycle bin folder. So I tested again to delete the same file, but the file is not on Z drive. I disconnected the mapped drive under Windows and reconnected again under Windows. Now the file is under Z drive.
Now the problem is to restore the deleted file. I did it manually (with cut and paste), but there is not a restore option (and I don't know where to find it!!!). I tried under NAS integrated apps (web file server and ajaxplorer) but there is nothing to do. So I presume the NAS recycle bin is not the same as Windows recycle bin (in this case we can easily restore the deleted file). My question is: what is the usage of NAS recycle bin? ;-).
