FTP/HTTP folder downloads not working?

Hi all,

I recently bought a DNS-320 and yesterday I discovered the FTP/HTTP Download scheduler. But for some reason I cannot get it download the files to my disks... I just upgraded to the 2.00 firmware,but that doesn't help either.

Category: FTP
Login Method: Account
User Name: *****
Password: *****
Type: Folder
URL: ftp://*****/user_backups/
Save To: Volume_1/Raymond
Language: UTF-8
Recurring Backup: Daily 07:00

When the download starts (manually or automatically), I can see the blue downloading icon, and the maximum download speed, but the "Progress" column always shows "-". When the job is finished, the blue finished icon is never shown...

Most of the times the files never appear on Volume_1/Raymond, and when they do appear, they disappear almost directly after finishing downloading that particular file, before starting the next file...

Is this a known bug or is there something wrong?
I try to download 8 files of 10-50 MB each.

Any help is appreciated,

Did you ever get sorted? If only started using the FTP and having the same problems but my speed is a lot slower.
