What ISP Service do you have? Cable or DSL?
What ISP Modem do you have? Stand Alone or built in router?
What ISP Modem make and model do you have?
Have you done a factory reset using the button in back?
Can you access the routers web page at 191.168.0.1 using a PC, wired to the router after the factory reset?
If you can't gain any access to the router after the factory reset, I would contact DLink and get the unit RMA'd.
