UPnP-AV weirdness

I can't get the UPnP-AV to behave itself not matter what I do. It basically crashes every time I try to do a refresh. I have tried it with fewer songs in there and restarted the device several times, resetting back to the factory settings many times too. I have gotten it to do a proper refresh once when there were only about 3 albums on the drive but other than that it either crashes the box, the UI or sometimes it just crashes the refresh itself leaving everything else to work properly ( when it does that you need to do a factory reset to get it to start again because there's no stopping it once you've started doing a refresh)

Any tips or help or suggestions
