DFL-160 Traffic from DMZ to LAN not allowed

Hi

Trying to get clients on wifi on DMZ to connect to LAN.
(web, owa, vpn and exchange push email)

In the DFL GUI (outbound dmz traffic tab) it states "Traffic initiated from DMZ to LAN will not be allowed."
Does this mean that whatever I do DMZ clients will never be able to connect to LAN even though the ports are open from the internet ?
If so I find this very strange...
