Filtering Websites

I have a EBR-2310 Revision B1, Firmware 2.01, and I need help to setup the rules to filter websites.
I have looked around the site and the knowledgebase and all the information available is for the Revision A1.
What I understood from the help is that it has to be a combination of the access control and website filter features.  Could someone give me examples?
I'm trying to filter all access, meaning that all computers on the network can have access to certain sites only. How can I do this?
