We have been using a DCS-930L, and a DCS-932L, for over a year without significant issues.
Yesterday we added a third camera, another DCS-930L. We can see all three locally, and also using our web interfaces. Let's call them Cam1, Cam2, Cam3.
After running the (Mac) myDlink setup v1.0.06, we initially had all 3 in MyDlink+ on iPad.
After doing a workaround in MacOS 10.6.8 for Apple/Oracle Java lockout, only Cam2 and Cam3 appear by name, both in MyDlink and in MyDlink+.
On the Mac, in MyDlink, the Cam1 shows with no name, only the Cam1 serial number; in MyDlink+ on the iPad, Cam1 shows as DCS-930L with the Cam1 serial number. There are 3 green check marks in both cases.
In both viewers, Cam1 cannot be viewed or controlled. myDlink or MyDlink+ just spin, saying "Connecting to your DCS-930L", but doesn't.
I re-ran the setup utility, but that did not change things. Very frustrating!
Before you suggest removing Cam1 from myDlink and then reinstalling, note that the "Remove this device" is on the settings page - which we can't open!
Help?
EDIT - never mind, I cycled settings in Cam1 several times (which I had NOT touched while setting up Cam3), and somehow jostled the myDlink page and + app back it back to communicating ...
Also myDlink+ on the iPad now times out - it used to stay up forever.
