I would like to buy DNS-320 in US and use it in Europe.

Does anyone knows whether the power supply delivered with DNS-320 sold in US is able to work in Europe?

European power system is 230 V, 50 Hz while AFAIK the US power system is 120 V, 60 Hz.

I would assume the only difference is the power cord plug.  The power supply here in Europe is a universal one - 100/240v 50/60 hz.

My US bought DNS-320 power supply is a model DA48Q12, rated @ 100-240V 50-60 Hz 1.2A. The output is 12 V @ 4 Amp. It has what appears to be a non-polarized NEMA 1-15P plug so like Ivan said, you might need an adapter or to change out the plug for it to match local mains.

I bought one DNS-320 in the USA and I am using it in a 50 Hz /230 V country: working fine, as expected

hello everyone.  i recently moved and lost the power supply adapter for my dns-320.  i know that the power adapter is 12v/4a as stated above.  my concern is the measurement for the tip that connects to the unit.  is it universal or are there different measurements i have to consider when looking for a replacement?  such as diameter/length of the tip.

A concentric plug is defined by outside barrel diameter and the inner diameter of the pin in the socket.  You can get these measurements from the socket on the back of the unit using vernier calipers or you could get/borrow a set universal plugs and find the correct one.

Sorry but I'm not switching off either of our 320s to measure the plug for you because they are backing up a clients server prior to our upgrading it.
