Unable to install DNS 320

Hi folks

Would really appreciate some help here. Just trying to install the Share Center 320, but going through the setup wizard - when it comes to logging in, I get an error message:

"Login fail, please try again or leave the password blank."

The username is 'admin' (it won't let me change this) and the password box is empty.

Does anyone know how I get round this?

The kit was new out of the box. I never thought of having to reset it...

Regardless of the electronic device/gadget (mobile phones, media player, consoles) , its always good practice to do a factory reset when you first use it. This is to ensure some left-over data as a result from factory test or customer test does not get carried forward.
